Nice little bungalow but can do with an upgrade . Bathroom and toilet is falling apart and there’s ants everywhere in the kitchen. Apart from that, great location , easy to get to from the airport.

Older style property. We had a riverfront unit which was pleasant to look out onto. The facilities in the unit were ok, it is not like the newer ones in town, but you could literally throw a line in from the front door. Great for those with little children to give them a rustic holiday experience. There is a pub with nice meals that you can walk to so suitable to our needs.

The traffic on the main road was noisey. The taps in the bathroom needed washers and leaked when off. Staff were happy to address this when pointed out on departure. Even though I paid before occupying, the wrong surname was on my key, and if a person wasn't there already talking to a staff person to clarify which key was ours I'm not sure who I would contact as there were no staff. Very poor.

The location is nice but the cabin was tired. In the bathroom tiles weren't glued down and there were broken tiles in the shower. There was mould on the shower curtain. In the kitchen there wasn't a dishwasher and the sink plug let the water drain away almost as fast as the tap filled the sink. The microwave overheated and stopped working when cooking a rice meal. The TV couldn't be watched because the weak signal meant it kept turning off. We were so disappointed we left two days earlier than we were booked.

cabins were probably very good 20 years ago but are dated and need attention. Gardens were very good. Access road has more potholes than the Bruce Hwy and is a disgrace. Too dangerous to walk at night due to trip issues.

Die Lage der Unterkunft war toll, direkt am Wasser und alles einfach von hieraus zu erreichen. Die Anlage an sich ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen aber sehr sauber. Die Zimmer sind leider sehr hellhörig. Man konnte alles aus den anderen Häusern mit hören. Eigentlich ist die Lage sehr ruhig, weit ab vom Verkehrslärm aber leider ist direkt gegenüber eine Baustelle, daher hatten wir bis aufs Wochenende immer Baulärm. Dann kam hinzu dass dort gleich eine Bootrampe ist an der früh morgens ( ca. ab 6:00Uhr) die Boote zu Wasser gelassen wurden mit dem entsprechenden Lärm der Autos dazu. Und wir hatten das Pech, dass gleichzeitig mit uns zwei Jugendgruppen vor Ort waren. Die ständig kreuz und quer mit lauter Musik zu jeder Zeit übers Gelände gelaufen sind. Ruhe hatten wir also leider nicht. Sehr schade, da die gesamte Anlage wirklich sehr schön ist.
