Wonderful location

Las Rias really is the most wonderful location in Noosa. Set on the river looking straight up towards Tewantin it provides an ever-changing panorama of all the life that happens on the river. It has its own sandy beach and jetty which is ideal for swimming, boating and fishing. There is also a lovely pool and jacuzzi. The unit was enormous and the balconies are very large too. A personal ZbBQ was provided on our balcony. The living space was open-plan and very well furnished. The bedrooms were classic beach-chic with all modern conveniences. All in all this resort provides so much more value for money than th3 ones on Hastings Street. You can easily get there by parking close to the Sofitel and walking over the bridge. The restaurants near the resort are a great addition.

Wonderful waterfront

We had a lovely 5 night stay at Las Roas. The view from the balcony was an amazing waterfront view, complete with a barbecue. The rooms were comfortable and it had a very spacious kitchen. The facilities, including the pool/spa/sauna were fantastic. All in all, highly recommended.

Great place to stay!

We had a fab time! Loved the pool and spa! Great views, spectacular sunsets, walking distance to great restaurants! Living room was spacious would certainly return!

Great location with security and convenience!

River beach at front door of apartment,great for fishing & water sports.Easy morning walks to Hasting St. and Noosaville for shopping & eats. Well equipped kitchen and undercover car parking. Enjoyable stay.
