"We felt like we were inconveniencing the staff on arrival. Bar staff took ages to serve you and to get your drink. We did not feel welcome at all. Or room was tidy and clean. Bathroom was awful. No separate shower so the bathroom just flooded and there was still a puddle to stand in, in the morning. Out door pools ( 2 ) where wonderful, but staff left a crab in one of the pools for an entire day and night so not really wanting to swim in that one. The setting was awesome, on the beach palm trees beautiful sunset really a dream come true. I would stay there again despite the staff and the room, as the beach setting was just stunning."

"amazing! amazing staff, great location, very convenient in terms of food and drinks! Highly highly highly recommend! you’re right on the beach, and the beach is very warm and very swimmable. The room itself is very nice with pretty much every single one of them having a balcony, as well as working air-conditioning, and very nice showers (robes included!)"

"This is our second stay at Serenity. The beachfront bures are a bargain and provide an awesome chill place to relax. The pools has an unreal view and the island is great to walk around on. The staff is helpful and attentive"
