Introducing 2/41 Sobaron Street, Sunrise Beach, a recently renovated residence ideally situated in Sunrise Beach – just a short direct stroll from the beach. Thoughtfully designed to accommodate families, this home sleeps up to 6 guests across​ three bedrooms and three bathrooms. With a focus on connection, this home away from home effortlessly blends family intimacy and luxury entertainment.

With cosy interiors and stylish accents, this residence exudes a sense of warmth with timber elements, sophisticated tones, and splashes of colour. The practicalities of a holiday home have been brought into the design, with multiple alfresco’s, plenty of seating, an indoor fireplace, reading nooks, and an expansive outdoor living area with a private pool. 

The Space

Entering through the ground level, ascend the stairs to the second level where a hallway leads you into the living space. With seating situated around the TV, a stunning timber feature wall, and a luxury built-in fireplace setting the scene for nothing but relaxation. Slide open the glass doors to the alfresco area where you will find an outdoor lounge and bar-style seating framed by captivating ocean views—a perfect setting for savouring coffee sunrises and champagne sunsets.

The kitchen sits centrally in the space and is embellished with white cabinetry, and high-quality appliances – offering everything you need and more for your holiday. You can opt for a breakfast-style dining experience at the kitchen bench or enjoy an intimate meal in the space behind the kitchen.

This area seamlessly connects to the outdoor space, separated only by wall-to-wall sliding glass doors. The focus will be drawn to the fairy lights adorning the sky, an outdoor living area, bar-style seating, and lush gardens. It's an ideal spot for a private afternoon drink or indulging in your favourite book. Elevated above this space is your private pool, complete with a water fountain, setting the perfect mood for relaxation.

Ascending the timber stairs onto the upper level, where you will find the sleeping quarters. All are complete with air conditioning fans and homely furnishings. The first and second guest bedrooms feature queen and king beds respectively and share a bathroom with a basin, toilet, and bath. Adjacent to these is the master suite, boasting a king bed, TV, wardrobe, ensuite, and a covered balcony.
