The property is situated in a quiet location but yet is moments walk to iconic bay beaches and ocean breaks, foreshore trails, shops, and the Coolum Surf Club via a walking trail at the end of the street. The apartment is spacious and exceptionally private.

With natural light through out, finished with high ceilings, the home away from home includes a large entertaining deck, outdoor kitchen, 3 bedrooms, office, large living room, dining room and a single remote garage.

The spacious master bedroom opens on to a private balcony the perfect spot for watching the sun rise on the horizon.

Christmas getaway

This property was a perfect place for a family holiday. It was clean and spacious in a beautiful area. With stunning views and within walking distance of the beach, it was a perfect place to stay.will keep it in mind for future holidays.

Wonderful Coolum Penthouse

Penthouse in the Coolum Hills with fantastic views over the coastline. Perfect for our family to spend a few days together after Christmas.Well equipped and comfortable. Great balcony to enjoy the view and coastal breezes. Hope to stay again.

Beautiful and Spacious

Light and airy home up high in Coolum with beautiful views from a spacious balcony. The only downside was having 37 degree summer days with no air con - no amount of fans or breeze can make that feel comfortable, and was surpising for such a lovely apartment.

Great views. Spacious apartment.

Perfect for a family with adult children. It’s a bit of a walk to the beach but we enjoyed this. Great covered areas for rainy days. See views from most rooms. A small pool with no clear connection to the house which would be hard if you have small children. The decor has been updated but is a bit dated overall. This didn’t worry us.
