サンセット リッジ ホテル

「We were not too happy about this hotel. The rooms are very outdated. The furniture was old and needed a good cleaning. There was that divider in the middle of the room with ONE chair to sit at. The television had a blue tint so you could not tell what any colors should be. The ice machine in the hallway was broken. We went out for the day and left the Do Not Disturb on the door only to come back to the room to the refrigerator being turned off and we had perishable food in it. We noticed...

「good place to stay」

「The hotel was very nice. My only confusion was that upon checkin I was informed that since I booked through a third party, they could not accept any other discounts such as AAA. I could only use AAA if I had booked directly with the hotel. Lesson learned.」

「Welcoming staff who were helpful. Spacious, clean room. Good breakfast selection.」

「日本人で英語があまり得意ではなかったけど優しく対応していただきました！」

「Only the best... 5+stars in all categories! Friendly staff to check in! Had dinner at the hotel restaurant and the food was amazing! Complements to the chef! We had the best waitress/bartender. She catered to our needs, (grandboys and me) while watching football on the TV screen. We so enjoyed ourselves. Definitely will be back! Delicious food, both dinner and breakfast, friendly staff which make you feel at home. Well done! 10stars☆☆☆ thank you for keeping a wonderful staff.」
