Located on the main channel of the 9mm, this home is located within close proximity to attractions such as Camden on the Lake, Shady Gators, Franky & Louie's, Tap Bar & Grill + so many more! Sleeps 16-20 people comfortably. **Dock has TWO 25’ slips**

What a great week we had! Spent so much time on the amazing deck visiting and watching the boats go by. House was perfect for our large group.

Great place for a big group

We had a group of 14 stay at this house and it was the perfect layout to give everyone space and privacy with three floors. If you have someone planning on staying in the attic space, it’s a little small. Would be good for a kid but one couple chose to sleep on the pullout couch instead of the attic since there wasn’t room for both of them. The location of the house is great and central to lots of good bars and restaurants on the water. Our only issue was the boat dock and trailer parking. We had 3 boats and a jetski and were planning on keeping them there but the dock was very rundown and we worried that the metal sides would scratch the boats, even with tons of bumpers. The pictures didn’t reflect how run down the dock was. This is the main part of the lake so there is no way to get out of the huge waves. Your boat will get pretty beat up so if you care about your boat I wouldn’t recommend using the slips on the dock. We rented boat slips at a nearby marina. We were told there was plenty of parking for all of the trucks and boat trailers. There is parking but it was very tricky getting all of the trailers to fit. There is some space straight down the driveway on an additional lot that we were able to back in the trailers. We had one person leave their trailer at the boat launch at the park so if you’re not excellent at backing with a trailer I would recommend doing that. The driveway is steep and narrow. Plenty of room for cars by the house though.

Perfect Stay for Big Group

We came down for a relaxing golf trip with family and friends and the place was perfect for our group. All modern decor and huge amount of space with three floors. Check in was easy too! Highly recommend this place and hopefully we will be back soon!
