My friends and I rented this property and it was perfect. Super clean and awesome dock. Close to a bunch of amenities. We have already looked to see if there are available dates later this Summer to stay again!

Clean and comfortable home in a quiet neighborhood. West side of the lake on a quiet cove. Kids really enjoyed the games in the lower level and especially the slide on the dock. Would definitely stay again.

This place had everything for our kids and all the adults. House is nice and very clean and the kitchen has everything you need. The dock was the best part it kept 4 kids and 4 adults entertained the whole stay. Could not be happier and can't wait to book our next stay here.

We enjoyed our stay. The house had everything we needed – well stocked kitchen, gas grill, and screened in porch. We really enjoyed our time on the dock and was able to tie up our pontoon rental next to the slip. The grocery store was just minutes away but it was also close to several restaurants. Great stay.

After spending several weeks at home, our family needed a getaway for some fun in the sun! Jeff and Anna's place was the perfect location. The house is perfectly located on Sunrise beach - great for swimming, kayaking and lounging on the Lily pad, right off the dock! The home is spacious and came stocked with all of the essentials. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and plan to be back soon!

Wonderful stay! The house is super cute, upgraded and very clean. The dock was clean as well and so much fun. Parking is very limited so pay attention to that info!! Mattresses could use updated in the near future but that was the only thing. Kitchen was SO well stocked. We had everything we needed.

Great home and location. We enjoyed watching the boats come in and out of Frank and Louies and the view of the main channel. My kids and their friends lived on the dock and enjoyed all the amenities there. My parents also enjoyed watching the thunder storms from the screen in porched. Great location and one of our favorite rentals in LOTO so far!

This beautifully remodeled home was very inviting and was equipped with everything one needs/wants to make the trip enjoyable! We spent a ton of time on the dock, loved the slide & visits from the occasional local ducks. The views are terrific; Lake of the Ozarks is amazing. Frankie & Louie’s was only a 3 min drive or 10 boating and Point oasis was about 15 min boat ride, GREAT LOCATION! We will definitely be back ❤️ The Hosts are exceptional & very responsive, people we’d like to know. Cheers ~

Totally enjoyed our stay at Jeff and Anna’s lake house. It was exactly what we needed, clean and on the water. The updates they have made to the house are very nice and tastefully done. Everything was super easy as far as check in goes and communication with Jeff was excellent. I would definitely recommend their lake house and look forward to staying there again in the future. Thank you for a great weekend and sharing your home with us!

We had the best ever stay at this home. The grandsons ( age 14 year old twins) lived on the dock area! So much to do there. The kayak and water slide was the best amenity for them. The owners are the nicest people and treated us like family. Very clean and modern house. Can not wait till next season to come back and stay even longer next time! Thanks Jeff and Anna !

Another excellent experience. This was our third stay, and every time is amazing. The house is always clean, and communication with the owner is fast, easy, and helpful. This property is well stocked with everything you need. There are no worries at this lake house, just show up, drop the bags, and head down to the private dock to unwind. Can't wait to come back next summer.

Amazing house on the lake. Our party of 7 enjoyed a long weekend here. The updated house was wonderful. The kitchen was fully stocked for cooking. There was ample space in the house for everyone. The dock was the main attraction. The kids were able to enjoy the slide and lilly pad while the adults fished off the dock. Anna was very nice and responsive. Definitely recommend this place.

5 stars all the way around. This is a fantastic property right on the water. The house is just as pictured, and is VERY clean. The King bed downstairs is SUPER comfortable. We love this place.! This is our second stay and we have a third trip scheduled for later this summer. This house has everything you need, just show up drop your stuff and head to the dock to enjoy the lake. Thank you Jeff and Anna for sharing your lake house with us, again. We can’t wait to come back.

This place was amazing, it was clean, check in was so smooth, the owner was so easy to contact from the time of booking till checkout. Plenty of space, comfortable sleeping. The room on the back of the house gets a little warm, but that was the only thing that could be improved a little. So many fun activities to do, We thought about renting a boat, but then realized we didn't need to with so much to do on the private dock. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything you would need. Had an absolute blast, definitely will rent again if we return.

I can't say enough great things about this home!! Our party included 5 adults and 5 teenagers. Everyone thanked me for finding such an amazing property. The teenagers enjoyed having their own space on the lower level which included a bathroom. The home comfortably slept 10 people. We all enjoyed just relaxing and hanging out on the deck by the water. There were plenty of deck toys to keep us entertained! A grocery store was less than 10 minutes away so we could easily cook meals and didn't have to leave! The home is exactly as described and very clean and cute. The owners were great to work with. We definitely hope to come back some day!!

The lay out the house and the decks was beautiful. There were 2 screened in areas 1 on the dock and 1 on the upper level of the house.There was a deck that had shade most of the day and there was one where you could sun. My favorite was the upper deck on the dock. with the life sized Captain Morgan statue. I am a big fan of the Captain. My kids stayed up late and played cards after their kids went to bed. We all played hard in the water and loved the water slide and floating mat. We brought our own mat but The Minors did have one available in case we had not. The cove was nice the water was not too rough. It was a very nice weekend and would enjoy getting a chance to stay there again. Thank you Anna and Jeff!

This place deserves and earns all 5 stars. This property only had three reviews when I booked. I was hesitant, but decided to go for it. We needed a vacation and this lake house was the perfect spot. This house did not disappoint. The house was perfectly clean when we arrived at exactly 3 pm. Check in was a breeze. A quick read through the check in instructions and house rules and we were good to go. The dock is awesome. The water slide provided hours of non stop fun, and the water mat was perfect for hanging out in the water. The kids had so much fun sliding, jumping and swimming from the dock. We caught fish right from the dock in the morning and evening. The cove is calm, and perfect for swimming, and hanging out in the water. The beds are comfortable, especially the king bed in the basement, and the house is updated completely. The ac units keep the house cool, and there is plenty of space for everyone to spread out. The kitchen is well stocked with plenty of essentials as well as many counter top kitchen appliances. The owners were very responsive, before, during, and after our stay. Bottom line, this house is awesome for a family vacation. We are already planning our return trip for next summer. Stayed 2 nights in late July. Hoping to stay longer next year. Thank you to the Minor’s for sharing their lovely lake house with our family.
