This charming lakefront property offers a warm and inviting atmosphere, making it the ideal spot for creating unforgettable memories with your loved ones. Our home provides stunning views and easy access to the lake with the convenience of being 10-15 minutes from Bagnell Dam, Osage Beach, and other local attractions for shopping, eating, go-carting, ropes course, and much more!!

This home features 3 cozy bedrooms, a den with twin beds (plus twin rollaway bed), and 2 bathrooms, comfortably accommodating up to 9 guests. The house has a Pack and Play, toddler dining chair, books, and toys if needed. The open floor plan with large windows ensures plenty of natural light and breathtaking lake views.

The large deck is perfect for family gatherings and BBQs, complete with a grill and plenty of seating. The lower level walks out to a great patio, more seating, a porch swing, just a few steps away from the dock. Kids and adults will love the private dock for swimming and escaping the heat. The property is conveniently located in the same cove as Point Oasis where you can rent pontoons and wave runners (2 dock slips available), get gas, ice, snow cones, or enjoy a lakeside meal at Lakehouse 13. They also have a boat ramp if you have a boat you’d like to bring!!

High-speed Wi-Fi, a washer and dryer, and air conditioning and heating ensure comfort in any season. There is a 4 car max policy to not disrupt our friendly neighbors. We do have 3 reserved spots for our guests with the possibility of 2 parking under the car port (depending on size of vehicles).
