"部屋はとても綺麗で、特に嬉しかったのはトイレにウォシュレットが付いていることと、部屋にウォーターサーバーがあることでした。ベッドの寝心地もよく快適でした。また、朝食は品数が多く、通常のソーセージやベーコン、卵料理だけでなく、魚料理、肉料理のホットミールがあり、日によっては巻き寿司のカウンターも出ていました。パンもペイストリーの種類が5-6種類ほどあり、朝から朝食が楽しみでした。あと、個人的に嬉しかったのは、結構器具の揃ったフィットネスジムがあることと、コインランドリーがある点でした。スタッフも皆とてもフレンドリーで、また宿泊したいと思うホテルでした。"

He was so kind and pleasant and he always had a smile when he was speaking with us. Went to the front desk for help with restaurants and they printed out a map of nearby places. Checking out, Dahlia was so happy and friendly to assist me. For a single traveller, my room was just the right size for me. However, a room with two beds seemed to be on the smaller side. The atmosphere was very welcoming and warm. The location was perfect walking distance to Insadong, Gwanghwamun Square, The Palace, Hanbok Village, the subway and a lot of eateries. "
