"I lost a very special winter glove in the elevator. After 6 hrs of having dropped it, I went to the front desk and it had been found! I was so relieved!! The hotel staff was so welcoming."

"Perfect location - city center and old town within comfortable walking distance from the hotel.
Extremely happy that we were updated to rooms with a view of the water.
No issues with the property at all, and the COVID restrictions and adjustments (empty mini bar etc) were not intrusive at all.
Only complaint was the lack of enforcement of COVID precautions at breakfast - despite being told that masks and gloves were needed, many guests did not follow the rules and did not get called on this."
