The staff are so friendly, breakfast is very good (omelettes to order are a plus) and the rooms are very quiet. Spa is great and the 295kr is fair enough Monday to Thursday but 395kr Friday to Sunday is excessive although it’s another company who runs it. Only big thing that could be improved would be updating the TVs! Very good stay all in all.

This hotel is conveniently located near the station. The room was spacious and clean. Please note that there are no amenities such as toothbrushes or cotton swabs, so you will need to bring your own. The reception staff were all kind and welcoming. Thank you very much!

Lovely hotel, we had 3 rooms in total booked for our family. Very clean & comfortable. A fabulous extensive breakfast selection each morning. The bar/lounge/lobby area is great, a pleasant space for drinks.

Very good hotel centrally located in Stockholm close to the train station and metro, coaches etc. Housekeeping could be better though as my photos can prove.
Bathroom floor was not always properly cleaned and carpet was not always changed.
Sometimes bed was done in a hurried way as shown.
Other days my room was thoroughly cleaned and bed done properly as shown here.

Location is great! Very nice and spacious room, with a beautiful view overlooking the park. Front desk staff super helpful in offering an early check in which was much appreciated. Bathroom small but fine. Bed comfortable, except for annoyingly soft and flat pillows. Breakfast was good, but very crowded, especially on weekdays. Overall very nice stay, and would return, just didn’t like how busy it always was in the lobby area.

Had a lovely stay at Clarion Hotel Sign. The room was spacious and comfortable, the breakfast was truly excellent, and the staff were helpful and eager to help and answer questions. Neighbourhood is extremely walkable, and the hotel is located steps from the central train station, subway and tram stops, and the airport shuttle. Would definitely stay here again.

Pros: Excellent location, friendly staff, quiet room, and a solid breakfast. Cons: Housekeeping was below standard—stains on my bedsheet weren’t changed after cleaning, and tissue paper on the floor was left untouched, suggesting no proper vacuuming (just a quick blanket tidy). The first night was also unsettling: a man mistakenly entered my room while I was asleep due to a front-desk room assignment error. He apologized and left immediately, but it’s the last thing you want when traveling alone or with kids. Staff gave me a meal voucher and said they’d investigate, but I never received any follow-up. Overall: Decent strengths, but the cleanliness and safety lapse outweigh them. I wouldn’t recommend staying here unless it’s for a discounted price.

Visit to Stockholm

The location was convenient, the hotel is big and very busy, lots of people. The room was a side room, small, basic, cramped and dated. The shower was open and didn’t have curtains or door, so all the water spills to the floor and there is no way to avoid it…very stupid design and uncomfortable. Breakfast was good but lame compared to other hotel such as the Thon hotels in Oslo as example….it was good but nothing amazing.

Great Experience with Clarion Hotel Sign Stockholm

Clarion Hotel Sign is located very close to the Stockholm Central Station and just north of all the tourist activities so it is in an excellent location. Staff was very friendly and helpful even providing great advice on how best to get to the airport using the Arlanda Express. Breakfast was excellent and provided excellent selection and quality. Room was clean and spacious for a family room for 4.

The staff were great and the hotel room was very nice. It had a lovely view of the park across the way. I was there to attend a conference and the amenities provided for it were excellent. The hotel is easily accessible using the express train from the airport to Stockholm's Central Transport hub; just a few easily walked blocks away from the platform. This was very convenient for navigating the city.
