"The property is really run down and in need of updating. The staff tried to overcome the obstacles they are stuck with in regards to the hotel condition. Check in is at 3pm, we arrived at 7:30 and our room had not been cleaned yet and we had to wait an additional hour before we could get in. The key card lock on our door would not work and we had to have the front desk let us in 3 separate times. The show was never hot and was luke warm at best, the fsucet on the sink did not have cold water and basically had the same luke warm temperature no mater which way i used it. I asked for a printed itemized bill and still have not gotten it, I belive I was overcharged as the amt my card was charged and the online quote are off by over $70. We have stayed at this property multiple times over 13 or 14 years and it is obvious that the new owners are just running it into the ground, I will not be staying again and absolutely would not recommend it to anyone. "

"Very nice place only odd for me used to staying in an hotel as two doors unusual & very handy. Was evident trying very hard with super employees & whole Deadwood Gultch trying hard. Was a very fun stay! Shuttle very informative from employees, on time & fun to use. Convenient! Thank you will stay again."

"Went to Devil's Tower after Mount Rushmore. Never been to Wyoming before and was not prepared for the hundreds of miles of nothingness. After a long day struggling to find gas stations and places to eat, it was nice to have a cozy cabin with extra space heater and nice big Roku TV and coffee maker to feel right at home!"
