"Gave this place another try to see if the poor service on my first visit was a fluke. The facility itself is nice because it's NEW. But...... very poor management. They are just not on top of stuff. Their coffee area was hit and miss. Some days it was there, other days nothing. One person was ahead of me to check-in, and had been waiting for 15 minutes for anyone to show up behind the desk. I went and called HQ at their phone while at least 5 other groups filed in. Someone shows up and says she was 'helping' housekeeping??? You don't carry a phone or someway to communicate with people waiting in the lobby? When your job is in the lobby and it's check-in time?? The check-in kiosk in the very front lobby was out of order every time I tried to use it. Just poorly run is all I can say! The 4th floor was reeking of marijuana and loud music. One bright spot....Starbucks is across the parking lot."

"Stayed here 2 times and both times the breakfast was terrible. First time there was nothing stocked, second time night shift worker wasn’t going to let us eat cause we were 3 minutes early. All the food was out and my family of 3 were the only ones wanting food. There were other guests the seating area who already had food and consumed it before us coming a little early. "

"Room was ok. If you go to the pool, they don't have pool towels, so take your own or you’ll be running through the hotel soaking wet... We called down for an extra blanket and they don't have any. Breakfast was ok. It was acoss from the aquariam and a 10 minute drive to Thanksgiving Point. The hotel noise was quiet, but there is highway noise which is unavoidable at this location. "

"Clean, quiet room. Really nice breakfast. Comfortable bed/pillows. Only minor downside was unusual in/out from the hotel the way the surrounding streets are laid out…not a big issue, just unusual"

"Super busy weekend, need more staff to help at front desk. Called the front desk a couple times, the said they would bring pillows and blanket up. After 30 mins, I walked down to the lobby for extra bedding. 10:30pm at night. Pool water was on the colder side, hot tub is alright, old. The hotel gym is awful. Super old treadmills. 3 sets of dumbbells is all. No machines. The hotel room was good, hotel breakfast was probably the best part. "
