We went to the Harker center where the hot tub is located, and they said we have to have an access pass. I sent three messages to the host and called the support line, but did not get any response until after we had already checked out the last day. We were really looking forward to relaxing in the hot tub after ski days, never got the chance. The house was nice, but we’re very disappointed about the hot tub and oven. Had we known we wouldn’t have access to the hot tub, we would have chosen a different property. "
