Staff were friendly, helpful with excellent dinner recommendations. Decor was fun and the halls were entertaining to meander through. There were two worthwhile sitting rooms that made for nice “we went to Portland and stayed in a cool hotel” pictures.
The room was just ok. The temperature was incredibly cold and the little floor heater, no matter how high it was turned up, couldn’t shake it. The carpet was not to be walked on barefoot and the bathroom had no fan. However, the bed was really nice and the comforter kept us warm — and the pillows were big and plump and cozy. Bathroom amenities were nice and our city view was good. And the blackout curtains were stylish and very effective. Overall, a great stay.
