"The property is a sub basement of a house. The entrance is through the garage and it’s tiny. Difficult to get thru the doors to the basement. The place is minimally furnished. It is located at the far north end of Richmond Hill away from commercial activities. I would not rent this place again. Owner is quick to respond to requests. "

"Gracy is wonderful and efficient. Home is exactly as pictured… beautiful. If you are doing alot of cooking you may want to bring a large frying pan and some extra mugs. We fed 10 people each day! The 5 bedrooms and 4 washrooms gave us all the space we needed. Recommend this home and host!"

"Drove up to Toronto to watch the Phillies play the Blue Jays. Needed a place to stay and this house worked perfectly. House was clean and comfortable. Beds were very comfortable. Communication with Jon was excellent. "
"No real complaints. It was very clean and quite convenient. The shared bathroom was no problem as it’s not overcrowded and I never ran into anybody else. The only thing is that the outside seems to be under construction and there are a couple of loose bricks on the way down the pathway to the entrance of this place so watch your step. But that was at the time of this review. I’m sure it’ll be finished up in the near future. "

"Tried communicating via messages without success.Called company to get phone number to call host in evening of the night I was staying there.Then got check in instructions.Had difficulty finding how to get in gate to back yard, where door to basement suite.Box spring mattress and bed difficult to walk between. Needed to make beds.Toilet ,only flushed once.walls dirty: Crumbs on counter.Kitchen tap in disrepair.Shower grubby looking- we didn’t use it or the kitchen ,dirty."

"Overall, very nice condo. The townhome condo is so new that a few things still need to be installed, there’s a hanging wire for kitchen exhaust, there’s no towel bar or hand towel ring, and there are two bed still half done. The Chinese food in Richmond Hill is excellent with many choices. Hope the condo get more ready soon. Shower is not warm, but heating is excellent. There are many mirrors around the condo, a little too many. Thank you for sharing the vacation home with us. "
