"The property is a sub basement of a house. The entrance is through the garage and it’s tiny. Difficult to get thru the doors to the basement. The place is minimally furnished. It is located at the far north end of Richmond Hill away from commercial activities. I would not rent this place again. Owner is quick to respond to requests. "

"Nice property, very clean. Perhaps too many beds and large furniture in a limited space. Closets were blocked, but if you have a lot of people it is great. Owner was very responsive to questions and issues we had upon arrival with door codes and when we needed additional glassware. "

"Tried communicating via messages without success.Called company to get phone number to call host in evening of the night I was staying there.Then got check in instructions.Had difficulty finding how to get in gate to back yard, where door to basement suite.Box spring mattress and bed difficult to walk between. Needed to make beds.Toilet ,only flushed once.walls dirty: Crumbs on counter.Kitchen tap in disrepair.Shower grubby looking- we didn’t use it or the kitchen ,dirty."
