We are super happy with finding this online, clean , close enough to walk to all kinds of things to see A couple minute walk to the water A plus for sure , on all accounts Sebastian was great!

Weekend in Summerside

The apartment was perfect for what we needed. Small kitchenette, nice bed and bathroom, steps from the water and close to the downtown shops! We had a great time!!

Good bedsitter for a short stay in downtown Summerside. Parking, access, convenience are superb. Incredible array of tv and movie apps. You can lie in bed and watch!

Nice and quiet. There is everything you need to use the kitchenette. The owner was very responsive to text messages. Lots of parking. I would stay here again. It is great for 2 people.

Summerside stay.

Firstly, communication with Sebastian was prompt and on point! Very friendly and helpful with questions. The property was very clean and had all the necessary amenities to make our stay as comfortable as possible. It's in the middle of the downtown area with plenty of stores, restaurants, and walking trails nearby. I would definitely rent from Sebastian again!

Sabestion was a great host. He did exactly what he said and on time. The condo was all we needed and clean when we arrived. The area was also fine. A personal request would be that carpet be removed. Being older clients the TV was challenging to get local news or sports but we had beautiful weather so were outside all day.

The property was fine. However, it was advertised as a 2 bedroom apartment and it is a bachelor. You can't have a 2 bedroom apartment when there is only one room for the entire property.

Unfortunately the unit is not as described. It is a bachelor/studio apartment. There is NO separate bedroom. The kitchenette has a bar size refrigerator and two electric heating elements, one that didn't work and the other which only heated on high. The host did supply a portable counter top stove which took up precious counter space. There is no oven. A second bar size refrigerator is wedged between the end of the bed and the side of the sofa. The overall space was limited. The kitchenware and furniture basic The building is well maintained. The unit is on the second floor at the end of the hallway, so very quiet. There is a nice large balcony facing south, so lots of sun. The apartment is well located, near a lovely boardwalk and there are plenty of restaurants near-by. The nearest grocery store is approximately 2 kms away. Overall , because we stayed for 11days, I would say our biggest surprise and disappointment was not having an enclosed bedroom as promised in the VRBO description. The posting must be corrected. That said, we enjoyed visiting PEI and the unit served it's purpose The host met us upon arrival,was very nice,responded quickly to any questions and gave us lots of information.

Cool place but could be cooler

Accommodations were clean and very quiet. Ample parking available both on the street and in parking area in the back of building. Location really good. Apartment does not have air conditioning. Although a large oscillating fan is available the place is quite steamy on a hot and humid day. Lack of fan in bathroom adds to humidity of apartment after using the shower.

This property is not as listed! There are NO bedrooms. I booked a two bedroom, as listed, but when we arrived we were taken to a studio/bachelor apartment. I bed and one sofa bed!! On looking back, my confirmation showed a 1 bedroom, which I did not pick up on, but there are no walls, except for the bathroom. Totally misleading. The unit is nice otherwise, but very disappointed.
