With brand new AC to keep you cool and a refreshing shower in the bathroom, guests will feel right at home. There is a brand new 86 inch TV in the living room and 2 brand new 55 in TVs in the bedrooms. All brand new appliances including gas stove/oven, microwave (4 in one), fridge and freezer, ice maker, Capresso coffee and capachino maker, Keurig, washer/gas dryer. Additional fridge/freezer outside for additional refreshments. Built in brand new propane grill. (no need for a tank, just turn on).
