You have quick, easy boating access with no bridges to open water and you're only about 7 miles to Looe Key Reef and tons of great fishing and diving spots.
The interior of the home is all new with new furnishings, appliances, kitchen, bathrooms, etc. From the super functional kitchen to each beautifully decorated room, you will feel right at “vacation home”! Enjoy your morning coffee on the screened in deck overlooking the canal or take a walk around Jolly Roger Estates, one of the most sought after communities in the Lower Keys. PLEASE NOTE: This is a monthly rental. During season (Winter and Summer), we only rent full months at a time, ie. all of January, all of February, all of March. We do not split months, ie. Jan 15 - Feb 15.
