"Two starters not available at 8pm, which was disappointing. I asked if I could have a half portion of the sharer as my partner doesn't like cheese...Just a straight no. Breakfast a bit chaotic at continental station.. no places, bowls or milk! Accommodation nice enough."

"I was pleasantly surprised at the room. Much better than the first stay. Much cleaner bedding. Pillows. Cleaner overall. The only negative. Was the room next door to ours. I presume was staff quarters. A male was talking pretty much from early hours. Also watching something on his phone which I could hear. Kept me awake most of the night."

"I thought that the stay at the Station Hotel, and Banqueting suite was really great, as, it was clean, staff were both polite, kind, and professional, the bed was comfortable, clean, and comfortable. "The Blue Moon Ensuite is suitable for a short stay and works best for one person, though it may not meet the needs of someone travelling for work. There is no dedicated desk, and the Wi‑Fi connection was intermittent during my visit.The bedding had an unpleasant smell and didn’t seem freshly prepared, so I used my own bedding. The mattress was quite firm for my taste, which made it difficult for me to sleep comfortably. There was also a noticeable smell coming from the back door area.The towels didn’t seem freshly laundered either. On the positive side, the floors and equipment were clean. The kettle, next to the socket extension lead, had been pre‑filled with water. I chose not to use it.On the positive side, the parking space by the ensuite driveway is very convenient, and all access instructions were provided promptly and clearly."
