Convenient, Clean, and Quiet

This house was very convenient to the freeway and access to Lake Charles. Plenty of stores nearby. The house itself was very clean and well maintained. We all had a great night’s rest before heading home. I definitely will be back.

Beautiful Home

The home was beautiful. I loved the lay out, sooo many wall outlets. The bedroom layouts were amazing. The kitchen was just as beautiful as in the pictures. The puffy bath towels were so comfy! The bed in the master was amazing. Well equipped kitchen with almost everything you need! The little ring toss game on the patio is addicting and so much fun while you’re hanging out! The whole master suite setup was absolutely beautiful. Just wish there was curtains in the room because it was definitely bright! The owner also helped out when we called late. He offered to come by and did come by the house without any hesitation to help us. Very communicative. And response time was great. We all enjoyed our stay so much! Also great location and beautiful quiet little neighborhood.

Beautiful home in a nice neighborhood!

Mother/daughter trip to Sulphur to visit friends and we couldn't have found a better place to stay. The house was big & beautiful and clean. Beds and pillows were sooooo comfortable. Coffee and bottled water were provided. There was a snack staion on the counter where uou could purchase snacks if needed. We did not use this service but it was a great addition for travelers. Great shower and plenty of hot water! Bring your own shampoo/body wash, hand soap provided. My only disappointment was no hooks in the bathrooms to hang towels & no hangers in the closets to hang clothes. Also, no toilet paper holders, just place on sink or back of commode. No big deal! Nice to have a full size washer and dryer which came in handy. Great location for what we needed, would stay here again!! Host was great about answering questions.

Great stay!

We stayed here to attend the high school swim state meet at SPAR. It was great! Very roomy and nice. Had small problem with shower curtain which was taken care of immediately. Definitely would stay again.

We arrived very late I noticed no hot water .. on Christmas Eve Brett (the host) came out and had the issue fixed promptly. We very much enjoyed our stay. We will be back. Thank you so much.

Good and Not so Good

The pros: The house was cute and a good size, the neighborhood was quiet and it was a good location for what we needed. The beds were comfortable and having access to the garage was nice.The cons: The worst part for us was the roaches, the house has an infestation of the smaller size brown roaches- we saw around 15 in the kitchen and they were outside in the yard as well. The bathrooms did not have toilet paper holders so the toilet paper was just on the back of the toilet. Also, the kitchen was minimally stocked for cooking and the bake option for the oven did not work. That being said, if these issues were addressed we would stay there again.
