The first floor consists of a spacious living and dining area with a fully equipped kitchen. The colourful children's room with two separate single beds is also located on the first floor, along with a bathroom and a separate toilet. The remaining 2 bathrooms and 3 bedrooms, each with a double bed, TV and air conditioning, are located on the upper floor. You can enjoy sunsets on the large balcony with sea views. Nowadays, Zadar is known for the Sea Organ and the light installation "Pozdrav suncu" (Greeting to the Sun).
