Nestled in the serene village of Debeljak near Sukošan, you'll find the stunning Villa Dalmatia 5, part of a collection of 8 newly built villas characterized by modern interior design and courtyard.
Villa Dalmatia 5 is a spacious retreat, accommodating 8 guests with ease. Boasting an interior of 190m², it features 4 beautifully designed bedrooms, each with its own bathroom and terrace, a convenient ground-floor toilet, a fully equipped kitchen, a stylish dining area, and a spacious living room of 70-80m²—perfect for gathering and relaxation.
Step outside to the spacious 587m² yard, where you can unwind by the private swimming pool with a shower, enjoy meals from your barbecue, or take advantage of the two dedicated parking spaces.
This modernly furnished villa offers the perfect combination of comfort and peace, making it an ideal setting for a rejuvenating vacation. Since most of our villas have a beautiful view of the Marina Dalmacija Sukosan, you will enjoy all the senses.
Thetourist center of Zadar with the airport is only 9 km away. If you go 15 km south, you will find the recently opened adventure park "Mirnovec", where you can enjoy fun with a rush of adrenaline. Also, there are 3 national parks within 30 km of us (Kornati, Krka, Paklenica).
Pets are welcome for a fee of €15 / dog / day.

First time in Croatia.

Excellent, but it could be improved by a “welcome pack” (milk,coffee, water etc). The quality of the bedding did not match the rest of the property.
