Very friendly reception, i had an excellent stay there. They were very helpful and it was easy, thanks to advice i was given, I was able to go to a concert and know what to do as well as being able to buy things I wanted to take home when I left. The room is very well provided for and clean

Laundry unit was convenient. Station close by. I'm not bothered by street sounds, but my travel mates said it was a little loud. I've stayed at both Randor Residence in Arakawa, and both are very wonderful to stay!
