"We were traveling as a family of 6 from Canada and with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms along with the patio bathtub, which was a nice treat after venturing out all day, we all had plenty of space. The common laundry room was great and we were able to use it when we needed it. The location was great for getting on transit and close to a grocery and convenience store. If we ever travel back to Osaka we would love to stay here again!"

"The check in process was brutal. Our suitcases were sent ahead of us and placed in the room. Our room was ready but they wanted money to get in the room before 2. It was 1pm and our luggage was in the room. Then when we came back there was a number process to get in with a huge lineup. Obviously cause no one would pay to get into a very expensive room early. "

"Location is great. They have complimentary drinks at the lounge on the second floor near the reception--which is a great option to stay hydrated. The location is about 15 mins away from dotonbori but worth it since there are other good locations around the area of the hotel for eating."
