Clean, spacious, and had all amenities listed. Pool was clean and family friendly. Had grill and enough seating and tables. Nicely decorated and enough towels and blankets/pillows for plenty guests. The low ratings are for all bedrooms (except one) having bunk beds instead of separate beds. Although kids enjoyed this setup, several adults especially older adults had a hard time getting into and out of bed. Also, the freezer door was jammed, I contacted the host and was promptly told someone would reach out but that never happened. We were forced to keep our frozen items in coolers throughout our trip. Overall, the place was fine. Nothing preventing us from staying here again in the future.

Over all it was a great experience even though it was only for one night. The property looked great, clean and the guys at the front desk were amazing, super friendly and always smiling. The only observation that I have is with the Valet’s crew, they were a bit rude in a sense that they never approached the car, might not be a rule that you guys implement but in other places they tend to approach the car and ask if you are checking in or not. They are the first point of contact so they should be more careful.

The only issue I had was when I checked in the staff member was not overly friendly. He took my ID and gave me my room key. He didn’t tell me about the credit I had or any other amenities. Nice stayed here several times and have never had this type of experience.
