"Clean room, nice and roomy. Staff was friendly I was hoping (after staying at the Best Western in Galveston the day before) that the coffee machine was the same, but it did not offer cappuccino or espresso. Still a great stay."

"Everything was fine other then my last night when some very rude individuals checked in a very large family who had multiple rooms on my floor. Around midnight the children were screaming running up and down the hall way being very loud. I texted the front office twice with no response the family and children continued coming in and out of the room and running being loud and slamming doors so I had to yell at them and they finally quieted down around 130AM. Just very rude. I also took some clothes down to be washed and they dry cleaned them when i asked to only wash them. Other then that my stay was okay."

"Breakfast was very nice, clean and lots of seating! Clean room, didn’t get to enjoy the pool due to weather but it was very nicely kept"

"The furniture in the lobby needs to be replaced. I would be embarrassed to have my hotel have torn up chairs for their guests to sit."

"The biggest problem was the horrible smell that was just in the room and I could not get rid of it or even know how to explain it, but it was bad bad. It appears clean and I'm assuming the sheets were cleaned, but I did see a baby roach in the bathroom so there may be more in there, thankfully I didn't see any others. The rooms are old, things like shelves in the bathroom were broken. It's nice that it had a refrigerator and a little kitchen area with a sink and a little stove, however there is not a single pot, pan, utensil, dish or anything. I just personally would never recommend this place to anyone, trust me you're better off spending a couple more dollars somewhere else."

"The mirror in the bathroom was broken, only one treadmill worked in the gym, the breakfast was mediocre compared to other SpringHill Suites. The property is horribly maintained. It just needs to be demolished and rebuilt. Caulking was splitting in the bathroom, no smart tv with Netflix and YouTube like other SpringHill suites. This hotel should be $50 a night vs almost $200. I couldn’t wait to check out."
