「The house is in a great location and worked well for our stay. Communication was easy, and we appreciated having a comfortable place to use as a base. However, there were several issues that affected the experience. The house had a noticeable humidity/musty smell throughout our stay, and we also saw some moths indoors. 「This definitely a different experience than your typical hotel--it's a weird old house with antique furniture and gothic turrets. Everything was clean and well maintained though, and the staff was quite friendly. Breakfast was adequate. Essentially it consisted of complimentary access to a well-stocked kitchen. 「Cute little place to stay in my favorite part of Houston. If you like to go on long morning walks, the Heights just gives you the feel goods. This unit was clean and cozy, it had a nice little porch to drink coffee on, and the host was easy-going and responsive.」
