"Excellent facility and grounds. This is a newer building with spacious rooms, plenty of parking, a gym and a nice heated indoor pool. Hotel staff are professional and friendly and the rooms are pleasantly clean. The location is also very convenient for anything Boston or exploring the North Shore. I would comeback there every time!"

"It was a quick stay after a cruise and before our flight. The front desk clerk was very helpful in her directions of where to catch the train to the downtown historic city. It was a reasonable walk to & from the train. The shuttle was prompt for the 5 minute ride to BOS. The room is spacious & clean and bed comfortable & clean. TV worked well."

"Excellent location costing $30 for cab ride from downtown Intercontinental hotel to B&B. Public transit near by to their subway system. King Bed was comfortable with lots of blankets in a very clean house. They have 4 rooms. Breakfast included yogurt, juices, cereal, fresh fruit, boiled eggs, cheese, ham, sausage, toast and coffee. Joan was very friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay here again. "
