Great location if you want to be steps away from time square. Can be noisy at night if you like to go to bed early. We didn’t mind the noise outside. We could hear the neighbors through the joining room. That was a bit annoying. The staff was helpful when we called but no one made up our room the whole stay. Not sure if you need to ask or not. The rooms are a little out dated, but they were clean. Overall a decent place. I would stay there again.

Overall nice place and good stay. Bed was comfortable and house keeping was super nice. Only complaint there was no shower door so water got everywhere and the entire bathroom yet

Very convenient location for Sightseeing and eateries. Room is quiet. Bed is comfortable. Despite not having a handheld shower head, the water flow was good for showering and good drainage. Front lobby is small with no bathroom provided. Can arrange car service to the airport.

My 1st visit to Manhattan, NY was everything!! The stay was #1 and the food and Broadway plays were excellent. The most was the view from my room at MSocial, seeing Times Square at a high level. OMG!

Lovely view, large room, easy, affordable parking with unrestricted in and out access. The room was quiet but a bit dated. Trying to get a quick breakfast (like Starbucks) with really good coffee was not quick. It would be great if the hotel had some sort of automated machine. The rooms are tired, but clean. Overall a good experience.
