「The staff and hotel were lovely and the location was great for what we needed. Although it was very lovely and quiet at night, We did struggle to sleep comfortably as the mattress was quite springy and uncomfortable and the pillows for myself personally were either too soft or hard and big but that is a personal preference and you cannot please everyone.
