"Our room (516) had a couple of funky odors. The main room smelled as if a pet had had an accident that was not properly cleaned and the bathroom smelled as if maybe it needed a shower curtain change or maybe new grout. Like the smell was more than a good cleaning could cure. It would have been a great room if not for that. The staff was excellent. Extremely helpful and friendly! We used the pool and it was ok. The pool table needs a couple new cues but we still enjoyed it. We planned to use the workout center but ended up not so can’t comment on that and breakfast was better than I thought it might be. More choices than I expected and not just the run of the mill hotel breakfast options. "

"I didn’t know about the airport shuttle. I guess that was on me, but it certainly wasn’t made obvious. "

"I like the staff-less entry. After scanning your face, you are issued a check in number. Property is clean and a unique place to stay in Pittsburgh. Ill definitely coem by again"

"Room coffee maker was broken. Free coffee downstairs you had to ask for it. It would be better if it was self serve."

"Staff was friendly and helpful. Pool and room were less then clean. There was a purse bash going on that we were unaware of prior causing the parking lot, the loby to he full and loud. There was long waits for the bathroom by the pool. Hottub and main elevator were out of ordee."
