Can't grumble at the price

First of all in the middle of the Euros can't complain at all at getting a bed anywhere so cheap. Location is good, literally right beside the U-bahn but it could be a bit easier to find as there are 2 or maybe even 3 'hotels' within the same building and no real sign for 24-7. Room could have done with a curtain that covers the whole window and allow the window to over a bit more as was like an overn during the night. Again, though a bargain if you are not fussy!

Ikke særlig fedt, at skulle efterlade sin søn på 10 kl. 23 om aftenen, hvor man egentligt var gået i seng, fordi de ville have kontanter NU! Ingen reception, ingen der tog imod, kun en rengøringsassistent, der var sød og five os nøglen.

Unter dem Bett ist gefühlt Jahre lang nicht sauber gemacht worden. Auch beim gang durch das Zimmer hat es überall geknirscht. Das Waschbecken hatte einen sehr großen Riss und sah aus als wäre es von vor dem Krieg. Und nicht gerade sauber um es vorsichtig auszudrücken. Die Türen sind gefühlt aus Pappe. Man hört jegliches Geräusch auf dem Flur. War zwar günstig, aber nochmal, nein danke.

Achtung: das angebotene Hotel ist nicht das in der Beschreibung genannte 24/7 Hotel, sondern das Trust Hotel. Auf die entsprechenden Google Bewertungen dazu sei verwiesen. Bei Ankunft teilte man mir via WhatsApp mit, dass am selben Tag ein Wasserrohrbruch in dem Zimmer passiert sei, weswegen ich das Bad nicht benutzen könne. In der 1. Etage (mein Zimmer war auf der 3. !!!) wäre aber eine Toilette, die ich benutzen könnte (wohlgemerkt keine Dusche!!!). In den Google Rezensionen konnte ich aber nachlesen, dass das Problem schon seit 2 Wochen bestand. Mangels Alternativen musste ich dann bleiben und mich in der „öffentlichen“ Minitoilette waschen und Zähneputzen (sehr angenehm). Nachdem man mir zunächst 15 Euro Rabatt angeboten hat, wollte man als man feststellte, dass ich über Expedia gebucht hatte davon plötzlich nichts mehr wissen. Man bekäme über Expedia auch nicht mehr als der reguläre Preis abzüglich 15 Euro Rabatt. Kurzum: schreckliches Hotel, katastrophale Matratze, hellhörige Zimmer…sowas von nie wieder!!! Nochmals der Hinweis auf die Google Rezensionen, die ich so uneingeschränkt bestätigen kann.
