"My travel partner ran into a problem with an overheated room that the staff did not make much of an attempt to resolve until I persisted in pressing for a new room. All that being said, I WOULD stay here again because the manager followed up with me over the course of several days. I felt as though he really did want to ensure me that he plan to resolve the problem with his employee. It was great to see someone take pride in his organization."
