Pet Friendly Stuart Oasis Beach House

This property is located in a 0.50 acres of lot next to Audubon of Martin County Nature Preserve, between Downtown Stuart and Hutchinson Island. The house is fantastic and ideal for a relaxing time; it is a quiet and safe neighborhood in a peaceful, family-friendly area, perfect for those seeking a lovely vacation time.

This property was built in 1959, fully renovated , has three separate bedrooms and multiple sofas in a cozy living room area. One large bathroom in the master bedroom, shower and double sinks. The second bathroom is modern, luminous and new. There are 5 TVs total, one in the master bedroom, a second one in the queen bedroom, a third one in the living room, a fourth one in the kitchen and the fifth one in the pool area.
The house has a beautiful kitchen fully equipped, living room, dining room and Florida room. The patio is fenced with a charcoal grill. The pool surrounded with lawn chairs. The outdoor area has a spectacular view of the Audubon nature preserve in Martin County FL.

There are 2 main fences, one surrounding the yard and the other surrounding the lot. On the left side of the land there is another small property with a separate entrance.
Oasis Pool: Immerse yourself in luxury with a magnificent pool, perfectly situated within ample grounds. Surrounded by lush greenery and expansive outdoor areas, this pool invites you to enjoy moments of relaxation and fun under the Florida sun. The swimming pool and the house do not have heating.

We stayed on this property during Floridas coldest weather, the 3rd wk of February. Upon trying to have access to heat we were advised by the host that the thermostat was not set up to provide heat and were advised to use 2 small space (1 didn't work) heaters on the property. I personally do not feel comfitable using space heaters as they are known to be unsafe.That should never be an alternative to a paid renter. Other than that the house was very clean.

We recently stayed at this beautiful home and had a wonderful experience. From the moment we walked in, everthng was spotless, welcoming, and exactly as described. The house iself was spacious, comfortable and thoughtfully decorated making it feel like a home away from home.The pool was a highlight. Perfect for quiet mornings and fun afternoons. Every detail was carefully considered from the kitchen to the living rooms and bedrooms. It was clear that the homeowners take pride in maintaining the property.We couldn't have asked for a better place to stay and would absolutely return in the future!

The Property had what looked to be roaches. I found three alive and one dead while we stayed. The home was clean and welcoming, but there were no laundry pods or dishwasher pods. The pool was not used by us as it was to cold for us personally. I was disappointed in the Pet Fee that was charged. I would have liked to know this up front in the booking process. Other than these, this was a nice place to stay.

First I would like to compliment the owner, communication was excellent, immediate response when texted all during our stay. The house was exactly depicted in the photos. Very clean, with all the comforts of home. The addition of a screened in patio with a big screen TV and an large pool were an exceptional addition for a great vacation. The home is very private with everything close by. Excellent access, short drive to beautiful beaches, dog beach and shopping. The home has 3 bedrooms with 2 baths, large den with large screen TV, kitchen well equip with top of the line appliances, laundry also with large top of the line machines. Did I mention this place is exceptionally clean?? Dog friendly and bring the kids this place will not disappoint. If you are looking to rent a lovely home for an extended vacation this is it, don't hesitate. We hope to return real soon.Vincent & ColleenRochester, NY

Great place

Great backyard for entertaining and relaxing by the pool, the fan on the patio was a gamechanger. We loved all the tvs around the house and on the patio. The house was quiet and comfortable when we wanted to relax. We would come back again.

Wonderful Home Away from Home

What a beautiful and restful retreat! We loved the tropical oasis at the pool. The yard was fenced-in & spectacular! My Doidle & I enjoyed our mornings under the gorgeous Banyan tre. The home is beautiful & very well appointed. The appliances are top notch. Coming from gas appliances, having a built-in air fryer has spoiled us. We look forward to returning again and again!

Facility was great except for bathroom/shower arrangement in MB. Normally the kitchens have amenities such as dishwashing liquid, dishwasher pods and washer and dryer supplies. We had to buy these. House was very clean and we loved the pool and outside area. Seating inside was not the most comfortable.

A resort experience

That property was a resort experience with the pool and everything surrounding the property.There was no neighbor on one side there was a park lots of vegetation. there was a real nice gazebo with screens and a roof so we could stay outside if even if it was raining.There were beach chairs when we went to the beach that was a nice ad on.there could’ve been more pots and pans a bowl for a salad, some utensils for cooking more toilet paper and Scott towels.But those were minor set back the whole experience was really great.

Charming, Private get away

Enjoyed our stay, it is a charming home in a safe neighborhood, 10 minutes from the beaches. The backyard is amazing, totally private retreat with a pool. Highly rate everything about this place.

Big Fenced in Yard

The property is very nice. Beautiful screened in patio and pool. We left early as the patio and pool were being power washed when we were there. Couldn't use it Friday evening or Saturday morning so we left a day early! We should have been reimbursed. The kitchen is nice, but ill equipped for cooking. No supplies. I would suggest to the owner not to have workers there when rented.

Relax and enjoy

The backyard was an A+, enjoyed the screened in porch, watching football in the back, laying by the pool reading. The location was A+ easy to get to downtown, to the beach and to US1, everything was close by and the nature park is next door that we walked with the dog and over to the turtle park. The space in the house was great and lots of seating. The primary bed was very firm (personal opinion). Had a great stay.

We enjoy the excellent restaurant scene in Stuart and close proximity to beaches, downtown etc. This location is great. The house is old but nicely updated by current owner, beautiful large lot fully fenced with pool. Easy to have a dog here. Stayed for about a month.

Perfect Getaway!

We needed a dog-friendly home close to Stuart with a decent yard, and Stuart Beach House was beyond what we hoped to find for our extended stay. The home is spacious, bright, clean and updated- and the pool area is like a tropical oasis. The pool is beautiful, and the area around it is professionally landscaped and private. The screened-in porch is nicely furnished and a perfect place to read, relax or wait out Florida showers. The fenced-in area around the pool was perfect for our dog Stella, who loved chasing lizards, and the larger fenced-in area outside the pool and around the property gave her plenty of room to run and play. It also provided plenty of privacy. We visited downtown Stuart, Indian River Park and Pier, (caught some fish there) and Hutchinson Beach. We were thrilled to find a dog-friendly beach nearby - Walton Rocks - and Stella LOVED IT! The homeowner was very helpful and responsive before and during our stay, and we felt welcomed and comfortable. We hope to make Stuart Beach House our home from now on when visiting our family in Stuart. Stella also gives the home and property 5 STARS!
