"We had a perfect time, the villa was clean, tidy and had everything we could possibly need for our stay. The pool was great. The owners were there to greet us on arrival and were on hand for anything we might need help with, they were super friendly and absolutely lovely to get to know, we have only been home a few hours and I wish I was back there. The area was good, local shops and crystal clear seas and beautiful coves a short drive."

"We had a wonderful time in this apartment with a perfect sea view! Since it was off-season, it was really quiet in the whole area which we enjoyed a lot. The apartment was very clean and had everything we needed, and Ronald was a really friendly and attentive host making sure to provide us with enough recommendations where to go and where to enjoy some good food during this time of the year. "

"Ein schönes Haus mit zwei Wohnungen und fantastischen Meerblick. Alles war sauber und die Küche wirklich sehr gut ausgestattet.Zum Einkaufen fährt man am Besten nach Labin. Das sind mit dem Auto etwa 10-15 Minuten.Wer, wie wir, die Abgeschiedenheit und Ruhe geniesst, ist hier auf jeden Fall richtig.Der Vermieter spricht Deutsch und die Kommunikation war wirklich gut und freundlich.Dieses Objekt können wir auf jeden Fall empfehlen."

"It was a very nice house with pool. Just like the pictures. We stayed for 1 week in oktober 2023. The weather was nice with 2 days of rain. We actually make use of the pool. This was still open. The house had everything you need for a nice stay. The owners are very friendly. Even our dog was let to stay in the house (above 24 kg). We make day trips to other city’s. Because Labin is beside the old town not so interesting for us. Thank you to the owner for the nice welcome and stay."

"Staff were lovely. All inclusive was great. Had a great stay. A few small areas need improvement: air con wouldn’t cool, heated towel racks don’t work, grounds overgrown - need gardener to mow lawn areas, no lighting after dark when leaving restaurant. Had to use mg torch on my phone to find my way back to my room. "

"Lovely old world hotel (completely renovated) across the road from the beach. Used the indoor pool but the balcony outside had only a few chairs and very little room. Our room had a nice sized balcony with a water view but the room (213) was very small with a few design flaws that made it crowded for two. Bathroom very small. Excellent breakfast and good service. Parking was limited but we had a spot for our 4 night stay and surprisingly they didn’t charge us. Disappointed that a 5 star hotel (above $500CAD per night in Sept) wouldn’t include beach chairs. We paid 30Euros each day to have two chairs on the beach. Lots of good dining and shops in walking distance. Clean, good air conditioning and fairly quiet. Bit of noise from the beach bar across the road but it finished at midnight. Overall a very good stay in a great location. "
