I called late at night (around 11pm) asking for an ironing board and staff informed me to call back in the morning but had already left it outside for me by the time morning came which I think was really thoughtful! "Up front the rooms are small, but this is a trend with urban hotels. It was fine for me as a single guest and the bed was fabulous. The staff are truly outstanding, well trained on hospitality essentials. They go the extra kilometer (and a half) to make you feel at home."
