"Property is nice and close to everything you'd want to see. But the queen bed is just two singles pushed together, causing me and my girlfriend to fall through the mattress multiple times. On top of that the property wasn't very clean and random things like window opening levers were broken. We basically had to spend the first day cleaning the place. Shower didn't work if anyone in the building was using water in any way, which was extremely annoying. Hot water was a pipe dream most of the stay...

"Whilst the location was good, and the views very nice from the balcony the property itself was very average. When we arrived we found there was no working oven (not told about in advance), the kitchen light was also broken, we were told this would be fixed, an electrician came but was not fixed and exposed wires left (hard to use the kitchen in the dark). Further to this there was a point when we had no running water, though apparently known to the owners this was not communicated to us and left...

"A lovely house on the hills just outside the centre of Stresa. Well equipped (except for an iron), though it would have helped if instructions on how to operate appliances were supplied. Clean and spacious, with beautiful views and a lovely garden.It is a 10 minute walk to the centre of Stresa from the property, but a 30 minute walk back, because it is all uphill!"

"The place was great, centrally located. Emmanualla was available the entire time. We needed instructions to get in. It wasn't very easy, but once learned, it was doable. Two recommendations: We had to pay extra for sheets and towels. That is crazy. Even after I paid for sheets and towels, the sheets were not put on the beds. They were folded on the bottom in a stack, and it was my job to put them on the bed. If I have to pay for the service, then provide that service. We were given 3 towels (1...
