My friend and I have stayed at several properties in the past week and a half and this was by far the worst place we stayed. The only good part was the beds were comfortable and the sheets looked clean. The pool looked good. The floors in the room were dirty especially bathroom. Even the outside needed a good sweeping. Get it together and clean this place up!!

The hinge on my door was defective such that once the door was opened It could not be closed completely such that it could not be locked. The only way I could stay there would be to stay in the room and not leave the room. The staff (one individual on duty) was very polite and came with a screwdriver to try to repair the door, but it still did not close properly. I could not stay in the room and had to go to another hotel. The person on duty said there was nothing that he could do as there was not another room at that price point I offered to pay the difference for an upgraded room, I was told that that was not possible because i had made the reservation on Expedia , a third-party site. I stayed at a near by hotel…so I ended paying for two rooms.
