We didn’t realize that’s what made her fall till we took our shoes off and had soaked socks from walking on the carpet. Went and reported the fall and the wet carpet to the desk clerk who said she had no idea they had been shampooed. She apologized asked if my friend was ok and said she would report the issue and incident to her GM for the morning. No offer to switch...
