I loved the hot tub but it definitely needed cleaned before using!!! The front desk staff were top notch but the house keeping lady was rude. I overheard her bad mouthing me even though I know I didn't leave the room a mess. I had a little mishap with a marker exploding on the comforter and my hair dye bled a little on the pillow case but I pretreated them both so it would not stain, plus I tipped her.

First room we were given had a broken mirror in living room. Bathroom light was barely working. Run down building, hallway carpet dirty, dirty floor in bathroom. Dirty tiles and tub corners. Barking dog in a room. Seems staff was living in some rooms and cooking smell in hallway. Refrigerator ran cold and froze everything, and buzzed loud. Would not recommend unless major overhaul is done!

Don’t ever do this.

No clerk behind counter counter for 10 min when we got there at 10pm. Called multiple times and. No answer. Locks on the doors not operable. Mold, yes mold all over the bathroom ceiling and the bathtub was stained and disgusting.

Pictures online are deceiving, walked in and it smelled awful, it’s not newly renovated, the floor was sticky, keep shoes on at all times. I was terrified to get in the bed. The bathroom was HORRENDOUS, filthy. I went to the bathroom and brushed my teeth, wouldn’t even wash my face and use towels. At 12am right next door people were screaming, fighting, I was terrified to sleep. Doors slamming, dogs barking. Would never step foot in here again.

So the room was excellent! Nice clean and up to date, the bathroom was outdated but still clean, the property just looks old is all. But the rooms are excellent.
