Always had a parking spot out front. Was literally a 1 min drive to the boards at 12th, or a 15 min walk. Bay is 2 blocks up. Few things to note: 1. No central air but there are units in every room, they are on the louder side but keep the house really cold. 2. There are only bunk beds but one has a full size...

「This house was amazing & fit 23 of my family members to celebrate my grandmas birthday! There was everything we needed- chairs for everyone, plenty of fridge space & Julie was so kind and quickly responsive. Parking was not a problem at all we had plenty of cars and plenty of street parking. We will definitely be staying there again!」
