"This was a nice property, set in it's own grounds with a nice wooden area behind and 15 minutes walking distance into the old town at Kempten. Room was clean, comfortable, although it was not sure conditioned. A nice breakfast buffet was included also. Parking and vehicular access was also simple. "

"This is a most impressive hotel with welcoming and professional staff, lovely rooms and a superb breakfast (it's a long time since I've had a fried egg in a hotel breakfast buffet). The room was spacious, comfortable and well soundproofed and also with very good blackout blinds. "Die NAchtischlampe hatte weder einen Bändel zum an /aus machen noch einen Knopf! Die Deckenleuchte war minimal schwach und der Innenteil, loser Deckel in der Lampe, verrutscht. Dann begann die Birne zu flackern und dunkel war´s! Gottseidank bin ich geschickt und schraubte die Birne aus der Nachtischlampe raus und in die Deckenleuchte ein. Die Toilettenbürste konnte nur benutzt wereden wenn man mit den Fingern den Innenteil der Halterung von der Bürste schob!! Das Bett war gut, wenn auch die...

"Insgesamt war es ein schöner Aufenthalt, vor allem dank des super freundlichen und aufmerksamen Personals. Der Service war durchweg hervorragend – man wurde stets herzlich empfangen und gut betreut, was definitiv zum Wohlfühlfaktor beigetragen hat. "I was disappointed that staff made me feel like I was an imposition, particularly Uta Tobisch. The other staff made some effort but a far cry from other areas across Europe that I’ve visited.
