「The unit was great and has beautiful decor. Clean, neat and nicely furnished. Only thing is we did some light cooking and the kitchen does not have enough power points, although they provided adaptor. It became crowded with the electric appliances having to place or crowd near the adaptor. And not enough utensils like plates and bowls. They really provided based on the exact numbers e.g. the unit for 6 guests' stay, really only have 6 bowls, plates, cups etc...Also the communication from the...

「11 jours dans cet appartement et c’était SUPER ! Excellent emplacement avec plusieurs restaurants aux alentours. Le YK café est un resto excellent. À quelques minutes des centres d’achat. "This hotel is located in Iskandar, around 25 minutes drive from Johor Bharu border in front of quiet bay. This location is very quiet and many bars, restaurants with various good quality foods. It’s good for a short comfortable stay from Singapore."

"KSLショッピングモール側で立地は最高で便利。Wi-Fiも良好。今回、2回目の滞在だったが、今回はチェックインして部屋に入ると、ルームクリーニングが終わっていなかった。連絡した後クリーニングスタッフが来て掃除した。バルコニーはしばらく掃除していないくらい埃だらけだった。清掃の間、待たなければならず、1時間、時間を損した。更に、シャワー後の水はけが悪かった。一日経っても一部に水が溜まっていた。ヘアドライヤーはあった。台所の引き出しには、前の人が使って汚れたままのお皿があって気分が悪かった。確認をきちんとしてほしい。洗濯機はあったが、物干しラックは無かった(他のオーナーの部屋にはあった)。アイロン、アイロン台よりも、物干しラックがあった方が便利だと思った。次に利用する時は、事前に物干しラックがあるかどうか確認して、物干しラックがあるオーナーの部屋に宿泊したい。台所には鍋があり、袋ラーメンを作ろうとしたところ、電気オーブンが点いたり消えたりで、故障しており、作ることができなかった。このオーナーの部屋の管理は不十分。宿泊費をきちんと払っているのだから、きちんと管理した部屋を提供して欲しい。電気コンロの故障を知らせても無視され、返答なし。初っ端から未清掃の部屋にチェックインさせたり、確認や管理が十分でない部屋を提供され、気分の悪い滞在になった。一部宿泊料金の返金をして欲しかったが無視された。立地条件はとてもよいので、次回は別のオーナーの部屋を利用したい。 "

However, due to near such center of city area, there are some security concern around this hotel. The hotel facility seems old, and it feels not so comfortable even though the room is cleaned up."
