"We arrived late, checked in, unpacked, and put the kids to bed. Then noticed the cracked and rusted tub, the wall paper hanging loose above the tub, and the moldy smell. You could see where the water damage had been painted over, and on the other side of the wall the paint didn't even match. The carpet had multiple stains. The staff apologized and offered to switch our room, but it was too late for that already. The room should not have been sold to us in the first place."
