"A lovely and well presented cottage ideally situated for a short walk to the town. We stayed for a weekend and this cottage provided the ideal location for us to explore the Moors. Only minor issue was no clear mention of charges for electricity during winter months (although this did not amount to a lot for us)."

"Wir waren mit 5 Personen 9 Tage im Haus und fanden es sehr gemütlich dort. Es ist alles vorhanden was man braucht (außer einem Föhn). Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Lediglich im Wohnzimmer hat uns ein Sitzplatz gefehlt, die Sofas sind für 2 Leute in Ordnung, aber für 3 zu klein. Insgesamt war es im Haus schön."

"Had a lovely stay in the Owl's Roost. The hosts were so kind and couldn't have been more helpful. It was so peaceful being surrounded by fields. The cabin was very clean and beautifully decorated, and the bed was comfy! The hosts even offered to provided a telescope to use for the clear nights, which was a very nice touch (we did bring our own) We will be returning again in the future."

"Room beautiful, night light in bathroom excellent addition. No complimentary biscuits sadly. Would have appreciated these rather than toothpaste etc. Slept well, liked AC to adjust room temp as and when needed. Disappointed with breakfast, arrived 25mins before end and very limited choices hot food, shortage of cutlery. Spoke to Hotel Staff on reception who advised ref best timings to ensure full menu available."
