Beautifully decorated and everything you need, but... it is more like a modular 4-apartment home / b&b - no ocean view, at the end of a dirt road (lots of dust), but a few deer met us as we unpacked. We were skeptical at first, yet pleasantly surprised with our stay. I highly recommend, so long as your expectations are set."

"Nice new apartment upstairs of the garage. It’s a spacious single room (except the bathroom of course), nicely laid out with pleasant lighting through windows looking out towards the trees. The “kitchen” is minimal: a dorm-sized fridge, microwave, toaster oven, water kettle and coffee maker. Sufficient for our needs but not enough for an extended stay. Given that the rental is a one-room studio with laminate flooring, the pet fee seemed a bit steep, but the apartment itself was a good bargain...

"The apartment is really great and everything is brand new. But the agency forgot to send check in instructions, we called them and were all set. Be aware to get instructions 2 days before or call them. In VRBO the location was directly on the water, in reality not at all. If you want to stay in this area, the location is great but we drove every day to Acadia park or supermarket about 25-30 minutes. Yes, I would recommend this accommodation and would like to stay here again."

"The staff were exceedingly friendly and helpful and even the other guests were friendly. The breakfast was decent and we especially liked the 24 hour coffee availability. The location is extremely convenient, very quiet, and attractive with a stroll past a nice ice cream shop. The only negative I have is that the beds and pillows were not that comfortable. I’d give the place 5 stars if they’d update the mattresses and pillows."
