"My experience at this hotel was quite disappointing. I have traveled to many cities, and unfortunately, this was one of the least satisfactory stays I have had. The bathroom was not well maintained, and basic amenities like drinking water were not provided in the room. The room itself appeared quite old, the beds were uncomfortable, and the floor was not clean. Additionally, the bathroom was very small and could use improvement. I also found the check-in experience to be less welcoming than expected. Overall, I believe there is significant room for improvement, especially considering the price."

"The reason I gave a poor rating was for a few reasons. First of all, the guy working check-in mumbled and would not make eye contact. Not a great first impression. Second, or bathroom sink had terrible water pressure, it a just above a trickle. Finally, and probably the most irritating was at breakfast. It went from 6:30-10am and we got down there about 8:30. The coffee cups were gone, the paper plates were gone, bagels were gone, they only offered mini pre-made veggie omlets and a sausage patty, and they were out of of the omelets. It appeared that they only had one person running breakfast which was not enough. They did have one waffle maker, but at that time there was a line to use it and they only offered a specialty Churro mix (not just regular pancake mix). I normal have good experiences at Hampton Inn, but this was NOT one. I will not go back to this location. "
