「Property was relatively clean, could have been better.」

「The rooms were very clean. Had no problems getting any type of service. Rooms looked new. Building in a great for shopping and eating. I will recommend this studio to anyone. Well stay there again.」

「Loved the stay」

「I didn’t like the fact that there were no updated tv in our room….when I reported a problem to the staff they did nothing to replace it. I didn’t like that the bed was so uncomfortable that I couldn’t sleep, And there was one elevator working the whole time I was there!!!」

「The first room was handicap room with a high step in tub, shower curtain was moldy and sink had a gap of 3/4 inch away from wall. We left for the day and came back at 9 pm the room was not cleaned or new towels left. After some talking we received a new room. Again a handicap room but it had a step in shower. they emptied the garbage that day, emptied garbage but bed was not made up.」

「Amazing stay! Mrs. Jennifer was welcoming at check-in. The rooms were spacious and super clean. I will most definitely be back! My son is stationed nearby, and this will be the place for our family to stay every time. Amazing hotel!!!!!」

「Thank you!」

「Always, 1st Class!」

I chose not to report it because I didn't want any issues and just wanted to get through the stay. Housekeeping went into my room while I was out when a do not disturb magnet was on my door. They stole this item and when I noticed it was missing, I ended up staying the rest of my stay inside. I didn't even feel comfortable leaving to go to...

「We stayed for our honeymoon before embarking on our cruise to Bermuda out of Norfolk. The port was very close to the Inn. The Inn is beautiful and so romantic. The area around the Inn had several options for dining. The walkable area was so romantic with its old architecture and cobblestone streets. I would love to come and stay longer and experience their restaurants and the city of Norfolk. I would highly recommend the Inn to anyone wanting a place that is not a big box type hotel. If...

「Many rooms but only two laundry machines」

「Staybridge exceeded my expectations! The room was huge for my family and I! They have adult time in the pool in the evening hours which I love. I wasn’t aware of this at first but now I am haha. My kids enjoyed their stay and so did I. The rooms are very spacious. The young lady at the front kept a smile on her face and was very friendly. Cleaning crew greeted everyone. The breakfast was top tier! Go book!」
